Very strong mixtape (the remix of “Thugs Pain” a particular highlight). Beware of the fake based and stay gudda/gutta.

Piu Piu drops her debut mixtape “Nightintale“, which has been in the works for some time. Productions come from the likes of Metro Zu, Ryan Hemsworth, Myth Syzer, Bambounou, French Fries and SCNTST, as Piu Piu demonstrates her amazing singing ability on her first full scale project. Prior to this we had only heard her on a few videos, but after hearing the full tape we were blown away by her voice and original material (inc. a couple of covers of Rick Ross and TLC). Catch the download below on a “name your price” basis.

I CAN MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER. The Numbers crew have just hit us with a surprise release from Sophie, the latest addition to the label (perhaps best known previously for “Nothing More To Say“). Her two track effort brings together “BIPP” – which sees Sophie’s amazing vocals flow effortlessly over an intensely fun, pitch fluctuating synth (almost reminiscient of MMM) and “ELLE” – a more hard hitting, stripped back effort, with some clear grime influence and sporadic warped chirps in place of the enchanting vocals found in “BIPP”. Essential summer music. Off the back of the EP, Sophie has announced a string of summer tour dates, which take her and her live set to London, Copenhagen, Ibiza and a string of festivals in England. For us, this summer most definitely belongs to Migos. Off the back of some well deserved hype lately, the Atlanta trio drop their much awaited “Young Rich Niggas” mixtape (hosted by DJ Scream, Cory B and DJ Ray G). With features come from ATL’s Trinidad James, Gucci Mane and Que as well as RiFF RAFF and a remix of “We Steady” with Soulja Boy, Migos’ hits “Bando”, “Fema” and “Hannah Montana” are joined by so much new heat. Productions come from Zaytoven, C4, Phenom Da Don and more. We can see this being on rotation for a long time.
